Statement from The Very Group

The Very Group confirms that its parent company, Shop Direct Holdings Limited (“SDHL”), will today repay all outstanding commitments to Greensill Capital (in administration).

This follows the full repayment of a development finance facility with Greensill Capital (in administration) relating to SDHL’s subsidiary company, Primevere Limited.

After today’s repayment, neither The Very Group nor SDHL will have any remaining exposure to Greensill Capital (in administration).
