Shareholders inject cash to Shop Direct

On 25 May 2018, our shareholders announced their commitment to provide Shop Direct with strategic and financial
support as needed. In realising that commitment, we are pleased to announce today that our shareholders have
completed a single injection of cash which is sufficient to cover the additional PPI claims provision previously
mentioned in our Q3 results presentation of 23 May 2018.
