The Very Group (the “Group”), which operates online retail brands Very and Littlewoods, notes the recent press speculation regarding a potential initial public offering of the Group.
The Group continues to review its strategic options, including an initial public offering. No final decision has been made at this time. The Group will further update the market as required.
