Shop Direct publishes annual report and audited financial statements

Shop Direct is pleased to announce the publication today of our annual report, including our audited financial statements, for the 12 months to 30 June 2019. The annual report can be found at www.shopdirect.com/reports-and-results/.

Shop Direct will report Q1 FY20 results on 28 November 2019. Management expects to report growth in EBITDA to between £48m and £50m (Q1 FY19 EBITDA: £44m).
