Our colleague networks help to drive progress in diversity and inclusion at Very.

Our colleague networks organise and hold regular events across our workplaces, provide tursted forums to share ideas, create and lead initiatives that build awareness and change behaviours, and support and inform our diversity and inclusion strategy.

WAVE supports those who identify as women in The Very Group, with the aim of inspiring and empowering its members. It seeks to encourage conversations around diversity and inclusion with the wider business to drive positive change for the benefit of all colleagues.

RAVE is open to anyone from an ethnic minority background at Very. The network aims to accelerate Very’s approach to being a more racially diverse and representative company.

Our LGBT+ network is open to anyone who identifies as LGBT+ or considers themselves an ally. The network aims to spread awareness of LGBT+ issues and raise money and awareness for associated causes.

DAWN brings together disabled colleagues or carers from across Very and creates a safe space to share lived experiences, offer support, open-up important conversations and drive meaningful change.

Our Neurodiversity network is open to anyone who is passionate about neurodiversity. The network aims to drive inclusivity for all, provide education, and support and enable neurodivergent talent to thrive.

Mental Health at Very is open to everyone. The network aims to create a safe space for colleagues to connect, learn and share experiences about mental health.

Generations at Very is open to everyone. The network connects and engages a diverse group of peers from the same generation – both socially and from a career perspective.

We’re committed to creating a sustainable future for our business and the communities in which we operate.
